Info for Smart women and men that make bad choices in mates!!
Based on the past couple of months of Tiger Wood’s foolish infidelity and most recently Jesse’s James’ idiotic behavior, there are couple of things that come to mind. First, there is some definite blame that should go to Elin and Sandra. If there men had no past history of arrogant/asshole behavior then the infidelity would most certainly be a surprise, however that is not the case with either men. Truly what you see is what you get, and sometimes for the sake of love or some other “pie in the sky, rose colored glasses notion”, common sense is unfortunately given a vacation. Such is the case with these two women that I am more than certain were given enough clues to how their men truly were, but they either refused to believe it or they just plain ignored it. I present you with a paraphrased version of the frog and the scorpion. One day there was a scorpion that was trying to get from ones side of a lake to the other, he approached a frog and asked him for a ride. The frog declined saying that the scorpion would sting him and they would drown, however the scorpion promised he would do no such thing, and the two continued to debate for hours until the frog finally agreed. While the frog was swimming in the middle of the lake, with the other shore in sight, the scorpion stung him. The frog said to the scorpion, “you promised you wouldn’t sting me!” The scorpion said, “yeah I know, but what do you expect, I am a scorpion!’” And of course the two drowned. It is not about height, race, money, ethnicity, but it is about the heart/intention that always reveals itself, the question is, ARE YOU LISTENING???!!!!

For the average Joe, tearing your achilles is a very painful and tedious recovery, but for a uber Soccer God of the magnitude of David Beckham, this could very well alter his career. Being involved in a sport that heavily depends on running such as Track and Field and Soccer, and coupled with age, I know people think that David can walk on water, but don’t be surprised if he is not the same player. I believe Donovan Bailey, former track star, had his career reduced severely after an achilles tear, it is just the nature of the injury. What will work in David’s favor is taking his time coming back and utilizing the state of the heart rehab that is at his disposal. The worst joke I have ever heard…the Irish Catholic Diocese!!!
I don’t even know where to begin on this latest bit of foolishness? I am sitting on a recumbant bike on the gym this morning and I see a blurb on the financial channel that an Irish Catholic Diocese is appealing to their parishoners to help them offset the cost of legal expenses and lawsuits to the tune of $14million. So let me get this straight, you want your churchgoers to pay for the reprobate priests that sexually abused children, and you guys covered it up all the while? The absolute unmitigated gall of these no good effers!!! Lord forgive me, but as soon as I would have found out about this, If I lived in that town, I would have knocked the hell out of that priest! But you know some people are stupid enough to start writing checks and dropping money into a collection! Wow!! Leave Khloe Odom alone…she is a taller and bigger woman!!
Although I do believe that Khloe Kardashian’s marriage to Laker Foward, Lamar Odom is suspect, I am totally against people, low class people making fun of her weight. Not every woman is going to be a size zero or two, some are going to be larger, and that is perfectly fine. The only problem is when a person uses food as a crutch to hide/cover up some kind of pain/insecurity, that can not only send someone spiraling out of control, but the ramifications against the body may be irreversible. I have always been old fashioned in that beauty comes from interior: Heart, demeanor, and general outlook toward life. We have all been around what society considers to be beautiful people and we have come away saying” I don’t get it! Or, if it weren’t for those persons looks they would be in real trouble.” There is immense pressure for women in the public eye in Hollywood to be thin and perfect, which is total bullshit and totally damaging. My own sister, Stephanie Covington-Armstrong, had her own battles with eating disorders as detailed in “Not All Black Girls Know How to Eat” and over the past thirty plus years of my life, I have seen the cruelty by which people can be ostracized and damaged by teasing behavior. Sure, Khloe could probably lose another ten pounds, but ol’ girl is 5′10″ give me a break and those people trying to publicly humiliate her like Janice Dickenson and Spencer Pratt should be careful, because the toxicity you send out can come back to you exponentially. Some people just like being mean for mean’s sake! Read

Spencer Pratt is hilarious and quite potent…just ask him!!

Even in tragedy, Jessica Simpson is painfully stupid!!
A one-time sign of love and affection from ex-husband, Nick Lachey to former wife, Jessica Simpson, a female Malitpoo named Daisy, has unfortunately met an untimely death from a hungry coyote. Although I am unsure of the location in Southern California, supposedly she was out for a walk when her dog was snatched by a coyote, and I assumed she had the dog on a leash, but that may have not been the case. Even when I take my dog out for a walk he has on a harness with a leash, so there would be a fight!! I can empathize with the shock and pain of the entire event, but with increasing coyote and mountain lion encroachment into neighborhoods, it would be wise to have some kind of stick, machete, knife, pepper spray, or something to attack the attacker. But what is most baffling is that she posted a missing sign on her twitter page, how is this dog missing? The little angel is in the lower GI Tract of the coyote or coyotes, unless the Maltipoo is part pitbull and managed to not only get away but kill the coyote. Not likely. Someone needs talk with Jessica and give her a very hard reality check.

Camilla and Mateo will have another adorable baby!!
Parenthood definitely agrees with these two as they will be welcoming a little brother or sister for Prince Levi. It is nice to see that Mateo has totally embraced his newest and best role as a father, it is these things that regardless of socioeconomic standing that will help transform the make up of our Country/World. As a father, who grew up without an active/present father, it is always very special to see a father spending time with his child/children. Although many of you may be used to the edgy, biting, and racy slant of this site, children are my total soft-spot, as is food, so baby food sends me over the moon. Ok Shel, I get it…..CORNY!! Kiss my ass!! Oh yeah, I love the childrens!!! Have a great day everyone.

I hope Joyce DeWitt does rehab and turns life around!!
The one thing sometimes the public and even actors don’t realize is that once the work slows down, depression and different forms of abuse may creep into their lives if they are not careful. I am referring to actors. In this industry, you have to not only stay on your grind, but you should try to diversify yourself as much as possible to stay busy and successful. This industry is fickle and shows very little loyalty to the average performer, and looking at Ms. Joyce DeWitt, she has been through a rough time or two, to say the least. Presently she has been charged with a DUI stemming from a July 4th stop in SoCal, and without any priors she will most likely do community service and hopefully will do rehab and get cleaned up. Who knows, if she wants to get back into acting, I am pretty sure some doors will open for her if others know that she is taking her life and career seriously once again. Good Luck Ms. DeWitt! Read
