The dysfunctional duo enjoying Malibu lunch…their love is en fuego!!

Lohanloca just turned 23, 23!!  A bunch of people just lost a ton of money in Las Vegas as there were 3-1 odds that she would not see her birthday.  Lindsay doesn’t look a day over 30, but she isn’t as blessed as her 50 year-old younger sister, who has almost completed menopause.  In any case, any time you can see Samantha Ronson smiling it is nice but strange.  Her and her on again-off again lover enjoyed a fantastic lunch in Malibu filled with meats, cheeses, and plenty of fun, oh boy!!  Today, the restraining order will be back in effect against Lindsay.
